Couple months ago , it started raining, there\u2019re leaks in my garage, I called them back to check and fix it for me, they sent Angelo in, this young man had been very honest and reliable, with<\/span> \u2026 More<\/span> good manners, he came by three times, he explained to me what went wrong and what did he do to fix it. Afterwards, he called me to make sure it worked . He\u2019s very professional. I would highly recommend him to whoever needs roofing jobs done. They incorporated new technology for attic venting with high quality roofing products. The workmanship associated with damaged<\/span> \u2026 More<\/span> wood replacement was great. The roofing installation, both shingles for the high roof and roll roofing for the lower roof, plus sealants around penetrations was professional. The experience is not that good but price is pretty reasonable. No problem and leaking till 2025\/11 with the heavy rain, I found little leaking on the slope roof side.
\n\t\t\t\tI checked the roof<\/span> \u2026 More<\/span> and found that couple of clay tiles are broken which is one column which I believe it is due to roofers always walk up and down when they doing the job.
\n\t\t\t\tI called Guardian roof and explained what is the problem, days later Angelo\/Project Manager comes quickly to my home: No other words just directly start the work and replace the broken tile for me in 1 hour and also show me how to do that.

When I noticed a leak, I was certain on my 30+ year old roof it meant time for a new roof. And that meant thousands of dollars, that I didn\u2019t have. All the workers were very Professional excellent job. I received a lot of compliments from my friends and neighbors.

I drove by Guardia\u2019s Project manager, the damage was caused by the solar company that installed the Solar panels and equipment up on the roof. I have a lot to say but will try to keep it short. My wife and I needed a new roof installation and Solar. I was interested in the GAF Solar Shingles. There were three GAF Master Certified installers<\/span> \u2026 More<\/span> in my area. Guardian (Justin) and another came to my house and talked me through there product. Justin was excited about the product and extremely knowledgeable.The reason why I went with his company was due to their time in business which I believe is over 30 years. GAF over 100 years. I have heard horror stories of these Solar companies that come knocking on your door who are not local and can't be reached after your install.There isn't a whole lot of testimonials about the actual product out there. I can attest it works and works well. My SCE bill prior to permission to operate was $370.00. I wanted to wait to see my production before I wrote this review. My first SCE bill with Solar was 9 bucks. The system was able to over produce energy even though we had mostly cloudy days this past month. I am happy with the product and the way it integrated with my roof.Now back to Justin and Guardian. We have dealt with project managers and contractors in the past who can be pretty crummy people. This is not the case with Justin. He was there every step of the way and was able to provide support and solutions if a problem arose. As a retired construction inspector I can say that the work performed by Guardian meets high industry standards. They incorporated new technology for attic venting with high quality roofing products. The workmanship associated with damaged<\/span> \u2026 More<\/span> wood replacement was great. The roofing installation, both shingles for the high roof and roll roofing for the lower roof, plus sealants around penetrations was professional. I did the re-roofing with Guardian Roof on 2021. The experience is not that good but price is pretty reasonable. No problem and leaking till 2025\/11 with the heavy rain, I found little leaking on the slope roof side.

Didn\u2019t Need a Roof! When I noticed a leak, I was certain on my 30+ year old roof it meant time for a new roof. And that meant thousands of dollars, that I didn\u2019t have. I called Guardian and a knowledgeable person came out to look at my<\/span> \u2026 More<\/span> home and let me know that I didn\u2019t need a new roof. I just needed some tiles replaced. They were honest, efficient, clean and priced fairly. I was expecting to pay 7 to 8 times what they charged me. This review is for Justin at Guardian. I have a lot to say but will try to keep it short. My wife and I needed a new roof installation and Solar. I was interested in the GAF Solar Shingles. There were three GAF Master Certified installers<\/span> \u2026 More<\/span> in my area. Guardian (Justin) and another came to my house and talked me through there product. Justin was excited about the product and extremely knowledgeable.The reason why I went with his company was due to their time in business which I believe is over 30 years. GAF over 100 years. I have heard horror stories of these Solar companies that come knocking on your door who are not local and can't be reached after your install.There isn't a whole lot of testimonials about the actual product out there. I can attest it works and works well. My SCE bill prior to permission to operate was $370.00. I wanted to wait to see my production before I wrote this review. My first SCE bill with Solar was 9 bucks. The system was able to over produce energy even though we had mostly cloudy days this past month. I am happy with the product and the way it integrated with my roof.Now back to Justin and Guardian. We have dealt with project managers and contractors in the past who can be pretty crummy people. This is not the case with Justin. He was there every step of the way and was able to provide support and solutions if a problem arose.
