Mario was the superintendent responsible for the job and called me consistently to see how things were going and answered every question I had. Alex was my main contact throughout the job and arrived at 7:00 am everyday which I appreciated. He was very personable and I did my best to let him do his job. Whenever there was an area that had to be addressed, Alex would talk to me prior to changing anything without my permission. Freddie did a fantastic job of laying out the tiles and was very efficient and clean. My house was cleaned every day and I never had any issues.
