Silicone roof coatings protect against leaking and are ultra-sustainable. They’re easy to apply, and because they’re not water-based, they are highly water resistant by nature. Mario was the superintendent responsible for the job and called me consistently to see how things were going and answered every question I had. Alex was my main contact throughout the job and arrived at 7:00 am everyday which I appreciated. He was very personable and I did my best to let him do his job.
